Just saw this one, Paul. I love it! Will share on FB so my cat loving friends can see it. Its a wonderful work - of course the eyes are splendid -- but the whiskers! and the girl's hair! Especially the wisp going across her beautiful face. So good. F/L
Paul Lovering replied:
Hi Frank how thrilling you like this duo !.. It is great to see an older portrait appear every now and then , special thanks Paul

This touches a cord for me. I lost my Merlin last year, 15 years. I felt a love from him no other cat has given me and I see it in this painting. He was grey too. I feel honored to have had the love but I do miss him. Well done!
Paul Lovering replied:
Awwwwwwwww your compelling message really got to my heart , yes the love for a cat is soooo special , and Merlin was a special wee cat , so too sate each other must have been a wonderful period , my special wishes and thanks Paulx
