His anger leads him to be so depressedI I would suggest to take one day at a time. Yesterday is not ours already and tomorrow is not yet, so not worthy to carry those. It would be too much for a weight lifter also. Yesterday,5-10-20 years of worries makes people to be depressed and the uncertainness of tomorrow causes fear in heart. Only today is ours. We all have to learn it to find happiness and to be happy...God Bless You Paul! Marguerite
